If Telogis acquired all the assets from RMTD in a foreclosure as the unofficial email claims why would the private company Telogis with such large contracts be so deceptive in regards to its relationship with RMTD. RMTD had their website pointing to the Telogis website as if they were operating as one entity. There was no disclaimer on their website indicating RMTD was a separate or the same company with Telogis. The RMTD and Telogis webwebsite was very deceiving to both the RMTD shareholders, customers, and anyone visiting their website.
The wonderful things about the internet is that companies large and small, along with persons of all gender and races still feel that the Internet does not have laws governing the way things are done leave themselves open to litigation for unlawful conduct.
The Internet is a virtual place but a real place. Look at it as the equivalent to the world we live in. That is why in my opinion RMTD shareholders will prevail.
