Aspire does seem to cater to the small cap. low volume companies a scenario that would allow a fair amount of price control on a company's stock. But what else can they do?

The obvious one is to partner but that does not appear to fair well with the company that is trying to "maximize shareholder value"? Hard to believe that no one is interested in partnering with B phase3 ABX but apparently the deal is not to companies liking? I say take the partnership even if the deal is not top dollar. AE's are still a concern heading in to p3 top money will not be there going in. The company has much more to offer. Give the discount Pfizer in a partnership not Aspire.

Warrants -yuck

The shelf----I wish! We would be like all the other young biotechs but we don't nearly have the demand to do so.

My favorite would be selling the Baker Brothers 50 million share at $1.25 and get one of them on the BoD.

Financing is the biggest issue for the company right now (imo) hopefully our new President has more than just experience in clinical trials.
