OGI wasn't closed on Monday, the Canadian exchanges were and therefor OGI shares on the Venture could not be traded. OGRMF could still trade because they are trading over the counter in the US market and there was no holiday in the US on Monday. The exchange rate doesn't immediately correspond with the difference in OGI and OGRMF since in OTC it is market makers that are responsible for spreads in the bid and ask. All in all it's a great for liquidity and exposure that OGI is also trading on the OTC.
