I had submitted a response last week that was gone the next day. MH has a HX of 2 home foreclosures in CA . This tends to show a tendancy to be living beyond one's means -other factors come into play ;but 2X raises a red flag . When checking salaries for corps comparable to growlife .
MH's salary is 30-35% above the next CEO listed and more than 50% most others listed. -this is shown on internet listings of his yearly income
and comparative stats. This company has not done any of the reasons given
for originally getting the OK to increase issuable shares . No expansion
and money raised by dilution to pay SALARIES and BENEFITS to insiders
What happenned to intent to buy Green Gro ,What happenned to this summers'
shareholder meeting =was stated that it may be online. Many statements
of transparency ,while continual dilution for personal gain . I WAS a long
with hopes of honesty . Hopefully this will remain posted. ?
