If you read the report on the quarterly filing you will notice they have paid down their debt, which would lead me to believe they have been able to pay for a buy back after all that debt is taken care of, which is not much from what I have seen. They are making money and they have paid of over half the debt on each note, so yes you are wrong when you say they have no money.
