Turns out the minimum parcel to have for a Woodland Resource(WR) in Josephine County is 80 acres.
That means that the parcel they have can't be broken up into any individual parcels, for sale or lease to third parties.
The parcel itself is interesting as it is not large enough (78 acres), although there's probably some mitigating circumstance concerning that..., it may have originally been designated RR-5 and converted to WR or something. (I wouldn't want them to think I was spreading some nasty rumor about it.)
