Phantom Entertainment to Display Phantom(R) Lapboard at European Games Convention

SEATTLE, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Phantom Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PHEI - News), designer and developer of the Phantom® Lapboard, today announced the Company will display its Phantom Lapboard in the Freaks 4U booth during the Games Convention (GC 2006), Thursday through Sunday, August 24-27, at the Leipzig Fair Exhibition Centre in Leipzig, Germany.

The Company will exhibit prototypes of the Phantom Lapboard produced by Itron Technology as a prelude to production line manufacturing scheduled to meet the Company's November shipping date.

The Lapboard's innovative design features a keyboard that rotates 360 degrees to accommodate left- or right-handed users and inclines on a 22-degree angle with a hard surface below for the Phantom Optical Mouse. The Lapboard provides USB and headphone/microphone ports. The Phantom Lapboard's interchangeable key-face technology is designed for game-specific and business software applications.
