The web site looks like they offer mainly backup and off site storage/support. Cloud, not so much.
There are quite a few "cloud companies" as you have listed several with which you are familiar. With the likes of HP, Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc offering cloud services, why buy a small, unknown one?
Yes, getmoreshares, no dilution of the commons... Only a new class of preferred to get in line ahead of the commons...
Perhaps there will even be some more news in the near future...
