Guys looking for 1 million or some hush money. A real law suit that could kill the deal would be for much more. As with pharmaceutical companies this sort of thing will not stop them they will usually produce, sell and distribute. If there is any suits of merit they will pay out infringements. By the time everything is settled to late money already made. Just may summary judgement anyway. IMO
