Only ~15m Pura divy shares distributed to USMJ share holders, how can USMJ share holders have 51% vote control to PURA? Something is not right? Anyone can help me to understand this deal ? To my original understanding, USMJ share holders should get ~51M PURA divy shares since PURA already has 50M shares on the market!
