I am going to follow up and ask you once again ............ because

you answered a following question ( which I did not ask )
....................... WHY ARE THEY SELLING SHARES ? = is what you answered to

I asked the following :

" WHY is the company offering shares to institutional or private VCs at .315 ?

Could they not sell into the open market at the going price of say .36 to .40 ?


Let's see if anyone is REALLY reading what I am asking

and if they are , can they answer this SIMPLE question ?
