There is a reference to a second case but we don't know if Tracy was the subject of that investigation or a witness.

He's definitely a party to it:

But we have no idea what'll come of it.

Of course there's also the other SEC investigation, in the Chicago district office. It also entailed a subpoena sent to Tracy. We don't know what that one's about.
