Launch... OK BD provided DKGR with Sales Reps, etc.

But from I can see,,,, If we do this together, Why would they not be competing with themselves? I mean they are in the same biz, why would they need DKGR and just not do it themselves? It's not like we have a secret patent they can't touch...

only big difference I can see is it looks like they have factories overseas.. and that they have some Big Fish Clients and ours are not-so-much (but better than a mystery Oil Field that the guy in charge never went to before). Boy I'm stupid.

Maybe that's just the way I see it in summary and I'm missing something??

I mean great using their jv name here and all, but are they actually going to give us biz and why would they?
