The $15 opening pps one more time
Following a reorganization of this kind, the Company and market makers determine the pps that the stock will open at. Obviously, the disclosures in the 10K should support the $15 pps. "Our-Street" in the last 24 hours has stated that Rufus Harris cannot "reset" the opening pps. This is materially false, for the reason stated above.
