I bought an eMachines PC from Office Depot last January, including monitor and very good little Pixma Canon printer. It cost only about $300 after rebates, which were all fulfilled last April. The machine has worked flawlessly since I bought it, so "no - I have no experience with their customer service".

Having bought into their stock, I am concerned that the rebates will have adversely affected Q2 earnings. I guess we'll find out tonight.......
