Notice the most telling thing is that employees get paid first above all the creditors. Remember that fact because it says who is the most important to all. It also tells us that, au contraire mon fraire, UMS has a payroll, revenues, and assets. Contrary to some who believe UMS has 50k in assets, UMS has upwards of $10 million.
