Everybody here needs to file a regulatory tip about the shorting that occured by the financer ahead of the dilution for financing, thats like trading on inside info. For example if the company tells a financer about a blockbuster pr and they load the boat before raising money. Thats illegal. What happened here the financing group or the company or a party related, shorted this stock down from over .02 because they knew about the financing coming up, and the increase in A/S, O/S, and Float. I do believe imho as the O/S maxes out at 450 million shares which is the current A/S that the company will indeed perform a reverse split. Do I want to see people get crushed and say I told u so. Heck no! I want all traders to suceed in this market it only makes the penny stock market more liquid. I tried emailing and talking to Keith again and get no return phone calls. I feel bad for a lot of you here who have been avg down and loading up for what I too thought was a great business model. If you want to pm me and talk to me and ask me what I know that is fine. Keep in mine I got a lot of people in this stock at .002 up to .01 then it fell down to where it is now. The Financing has killed any big runs this stock should of had. I am not a short or a basher, I am a pennystock trader just like the rest of you, I even was assistant moderator here not to long ago.
