The words except and accept have totally different meanings. Using the wrong word makes it impossible to understand nor give credibility to that statement. I do appreciate the apparent deep thinking that must be supporting it, however. It is a very deep subject matter. TALK is a very complicated thing to do.

I leave those questions for the lawyers and judges to contemplate...
