I don't recall anybody on this board predicting BK for TALK. Companies with no real business operations and only convertible debt have no reason to declare BK.

Calling a BK for UMS was a no-brainer, and unless Levy is complete idiot, he knew it was coming too. He set up this "story" knowing that BK was inevitable. Levy and Dea are con-men, and now Lee is complicit in the scam. When the investigators start taking statements, who will be the first to rat on the others?

Hopefully, the undisclosed promoters will be dragged into it too.
