It doesn't matter when the SOS site updates. The Nevada SOS doesn't process forms over the weekend, yet NTEK is conducting for profit transactional business over the weekend. The rules for submitting forms and payments to be legally allowed to conduct business are very clear.

So legally, they are in default. And if you believe the last SHL, NTGL has been conducting business activities while being unsanctioned to do so for months.

These NanoscammD idiots can't even do the most basic business things correctly.

It baffles me that anyone has a dime invested in this sham.
