Mar-kay... are you aware how important cell phones have become for terrorists. They communicate almost exclusively with cell phones and internet protocals... most of the terrorist 'cells' use stolen services from all over the world... almost impossible to stop it. It would take the phone companies to stop some services or head end whole systems... not going to happen because mainly phone co's would lose money... money's more important than lives for corporate officers....
