I understand REDG's point of wanting to sign up more people at Comic-Con, but, they should have, at the very least, notified people already signed up for Zwag Boxes, of any delivery changes. REDG risks, not only losing those customers, but, them spreading the poor service they received after signing up, which could drive sales down.
I don't see anything on the Zwag website that says CrateJoy, so people wouldn't know to look to CrateJoy for info. And, ordering through Cratejoy's website, I don't see anything about shipping in July.
I think this was REDG's problem to correct, not Cratejoy's.
