Sol,
SGLB will declare a share price and the resulting warrant price for the 'units' offered on the day that they activate the S1 offering. A that point the unit will trade freely on the NASDAQ. If the market believes that SGLB will see growth, and/or is at that time undervalued, then it would follow that the warrant portion of the unit is 'in the money' and has embedded profit. At that point the units should trade a premium to the common shares, thereby having a higher price than the common.
