the longer it takes for FINRA brings the news, the better it is for ARIOQ. In this case is no official news, good news IMO!
Better do your DD with other BK q stocks and see what happend in the same case like ARIOQ! 50% change in the reorganisation plan common shares will be intact, and the stock run on the news with 1000%+
