My bad on my post regarding Joe Restifo's Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I said that he had declared bankruptcy in May and it was actually March 31, 2006. He was named in the trademark infringement and trademark counterfeiting complaint by General Cigar over the Cohiba cigar brand but got out being a defendent by virtue of the bankruptcy. One of his employes is named in the suit.

Joe was granted a liquor license for the Data Commodities Ltd. Pahrump operation on September 16, 2003.
