Cass...I have no less than half a dozen e-mails to Putnam DEMANDING to know what their story will be this time. I believe that the state of Delaware says that although the ASHM may be delayed...The vote on the BOD and other things cannot be delayed more than 30 days after one year passes. As a non violent person.. it bothers me to take great pleasure in the thought of forceably making Falk and Putnam...and now Blakely to consume said manure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
