pb you know what seems odd to me is the many of times a billion shares flipped around .0001 when looking at the 2 year chart on the weekly.

5 times a billion shares flipped starting on the weeks of April 21st & 28th, then again on May 12th week, then the week of June 2nd, then on June 9th & 16th & 23rd. And Finally we get the one on the 9/28 news. But when looking at the accumulation line, it took 4 flips of a billion shares before we hit the bottom around June 23rd. Just seems a bit odd to me, especially since I can't find any pumping around those times and the ticker was considered to be high risk then.

Could there be something to the NSS fairy tale? Or is this all just nothing?
