farooq, the 1-month T-bill has priced in a 25BP bump next week, so it's likely going to happen. As for a pause, we won't know about that until the end of Sept.

Cisco made a new 2006 low today. Cisco leads. That means new lows for the COMP/NDX. Guaranteed. It's a lock.

Oh, BTW, the Cisco pattern projects to $16.50 on Cisco, so there's more where that came from!
