tons of red tape, and the Naz protected shorts and allowed some things to trade under old symbol awhile and then changed later so sqeeze was less painful. DTC could not confirm count of shares and it got real ugly for brokers. kinda a PAIV type situation but NAZ took it easy on the shorts.
