Well they contacted me several times regarding moving my account to Scottrade and I told them I would forward their complaints to MY Compliance Department

I told them that…

Due to their stupidity I will need to do the majority of my business elsewhere. However, I will still allow them to maintain my account with a balance of $0.05 and send me my monthly statements and I will continue use their system for free quotes.

First, Their customer service department is not based on service but ignorance and I am obviously looking for a brokerage firm that does not employ monkeys.

Secondly, They want to do right by your clients, and this includes informing clients of the risks involved in stocks.

I laugh that they say “We want to do right by our clients” and educate clients who are placing trades in securities that may show risk. Well I must have A.D.D. because I can not remember what they taught me. Didn’t we sign away our money when opening an internet account informing us of the risks of stocks?

So if I desired today I could have freely traded RMBS without restriction. Yet to buy IPRE I needed to be cautioned as I may make too much money and put me into a higher tax bracket and early retirement. HMMMMMMMMM Let me ponder that one.

I told them that I'm afraid I will not be responding to any further emails regarding the loss of business that I will be doing with them but if they have any questions, they are welcome to contact me.

PS, Please send me a refund on all the stocks that I lost money on because you should have educated me on those trades and do right by my money.
