ADMD has the right to sub license Radiogel, they have exclusive worldwide rights to the product. Under that agreement batelle gets a percentage of sales as a royalty. Batelle would love for ADMD to outlicense the product and generate revenue for both ADMD and Batelle....Batelle is a research lab and doesn't have a licensing dept to shop this. ADMD had a personal relationship there thats how they got it and Batelle is relying on ADMD to monetize it. This is not a drug, this is a medical device so the patents are in perpetuity, they don't expire as some novices would suggest. They don't devalue over time. I can tell you there are already several companies sniffing around waiting for FDA approval to make their move
