So the goal is to provide truthful due diligence, right?. The share exchange agreement in 2012 is posted on OTC Markets - published November 15, 2012 - attorneys were William MacDonald, Esq. and James Dodrill (see page 31). The attorney that wrote a report for the company was Lawrence Washor (published on OTC Markets on December 14, 2012). Neither Laura Anthony nor Fred Lehrer were involved with the company at all at that time. Also, I hear neither of them did much for the company at all and neither of them represent it any longer.
