Alan,

I too noticed the intention to use a portion of he proceeds to buy printers and other manufacturing - inspection equipment. $3.5m is not a small amount for this company, but it is not the majority of the the $ that would be raised. The total to be raised would be $22m ($10m from the sale of shares plus warrants and $12m from exercising of the warrants). To make the napkin math easy, call $3.5m 15%. That leaves 85% for "general business purposes" including working capital. So, I do not think the $ will be used "largely" for equipment purchase, significantly to be sure, but 85% going to general business purposes will be the lion's share.

An additional $3.5m of printers and other manufacturing equipment would clearly be justified IF they were to build out a much more active printing bureau, which appears to be a bit of a change of course from Mark's statement in the last CC that they were not so interested in pursuing that. This is certainly an area that begs follow up questions during the CC in a few weeks. Maybe Mark will address this and give information on the current utilization of the EOS290 they have which would support the planed purchase of 3 more printers. - I am assuming 3 because the original build out of the installation for the current printer was a facility that could support 4 printers if memory is functioning correctly - and hopefully Mark will address the expected - planned time frame for the acquisition of additional printers.

I agree that there are many unknowns and prediction of price movement is a low confidence item, but, I am hoping that the recent market reaction to the reverse split has highlighted to management the need for contracts, revenues and profits in the very near future to support this type of decision.

patience and GLTA
