I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if JnJ comes in and makes a deal with Titan that was similar structure to the Medtronic/Mazor deal. Three parts with the first two being cash for % of the company with the third part being a buyout agreement. That would allow Titan to partner with JnJ on distribution/marketing/sales etc that would help Titan commercialize. Food for thought - it could happen soon, in order to set up the infrastructure to commercialize a surgical robotic system would take about 9-15 months, we are entering that window very soon. (if you factor in CE approval - we are in the window right now)
