If that were the case Alan, you would exceed the 17 million authorized by an enormous amount. You are incorrect about it. It is not a share amount they are talking about. It is a dollar amount maximum that they may raise with the shares. You can't offer 10 million shares, plus 10 million more under the warrants, plus the 6.23 million already outstanding, if your authorized is 17 million.
