I will defer on that also, however I've run a biz for years that SUPPOSE to have designated special accounts, but I can move money around at will as long as I set it up, no one checks to see how much is in it at any given time, so yes it's one big pool of money I believe, and when the PP was offered my thoughts was he'll use it for whatever is needed when it's needed, it's perfectly legal though, and I believe, with no proof of course, LBSR did just that, as the NR stated all claims were paid, you don't have to report where the money came from
