I assume there's nothing illegal. I even think that everything is well in respect to law.
But I also think, our CEOs goals are not the same as ours. - Growth reached by buying companies, financed by current or new investors is in most cases (except some special ones) not in our primary interest. I am not impressed by let's say: A growth in revenue with a factor of 2, while the company gets two times as big by buying another company and shrinking my stake by 1/2 or less. That does not lead to a higher share price; that's only playing the game of becoming a CEO of a big company.
