As a shareholder who's been here a lot longer than you I disagree with your take on the current situation.

It is my personal belief that the Evolve USA plan killed this stock and I as a shareholder am very disappointed.

One of the fundamental aspects of a public company is to IMPROVE shareholder value. Nothing in the last year IMO has done that but instead created the opposite effect.

The current share price and the sparse releases from the company stem from the ongoing court case and its settlement of costs and damages incurred. You will see much more from the company when its finally totally resolved. Mark this post and see if its not correct. Everything else is just speculation and opinions.
