To be honest. Probably NOT in my opinion.

Too Many outstanding shares, A failed oil drill operation. It was pumping 5 to 1 Water oil ration, I believe. LAck of progress, No real interest, no shareholder value. So Called DEALS in the works, that IMO, has not pan out.

ZERO INTEREST = ZERO BID.

I mean, I am pretty much stating the reality.
