No meaningful changes in yesterday's prospectus versus the July 13 S-1/A. Two minor changes I caught were $1k higher expenses in Q1 2016 and shares held by Gregory Smith are 53,500 rather than 41,000. Given that Smith's shares also changes in the previous S-1, I would guess that there is some sort of administrative issue tracking down his exact share holdings and not that he is actively running around trading small amounts of stock.
