I HOPE this company has nothing to do with UDVE, but how can we know? Do we really know anything about this company? It is a non reporting pink sheet piece of sheet. They do not even have a web site! All we know is the limited information contained in PRs, and we know UDVEs PRs were full of lies.

If you do Google searches of this company or "Metallurgica de Mineras", you come up with nothing. How do we know either one of these are real companies?
