Besides lying about when he first learned of the case he also said Ngcg moved on May 12 but on May 23rd he filed paired with the Otc dated May 23rd stating the Ngcg address was skauson and signed it. Berrio resigned not in April but on May 14 and gave 30 day notice so he was still employed

Berrio fed exed the summons to Kim as well.

Coldicut is ca attorney and couldn't represent them because he personally told Kim he need to respond to lawsuit in early June which would contradict Kim's statement to the court to try and save his ass
