The SEDAR claims by Joel were garbage from Day 1. MNGG had zero chance of fixing the Canadian issues because they require audited financial statements. Something that MNGG will never have. And what makes it especially funny is Joel had no idea what "audited" means. He thought it meant the financial statements were prepared by a CPA! He had no concept of the auditing process, but that is par for the course with Joel.

He knows how to con and lie just fine, but he has no concept of mining, finance or running a public company.

Which is why he is under active SEC investigation.
