THE REST OF THE STORY...

CAPCD needs cash infusion...hey, if you are truly growing and expanding, then they have to have cash..cash..cash...now you understand some of the reasons for the R/S...payout and borrow more...All i can say is this...THEY BETTER SHOW A BIG TREND IN REVENUES AND PROFITS...not saying they will not..and i certainly hope they do...but lets just wait and see...
