I think Kinger and this BOD and the "C" suite boys club will do the R/S purely for their massive, bloated, own blowhard EGOS (how long did what's his name speak on that last conference call- like 20 seconds and they laughed openly on the one before that). I don't think they can stand being a penny stock- when they all have "resume enhancement" going on as it is. They want to play like they're all in the "big leagues" (paying themselves like Fortune 500 "players" even though they're punters at best, playing on the JV squad), I think they just can't stand the penny stock reality.

Imagine these dudes at their country clubs and on their golf gigs and in their pricey neighborhoods and on their travel junket "conferences" and all- having to tell people that they sit in the "C" level suite or the BOD of a freaking 36 CENT, PENNY stock company.

I say they will reverse split it, at least 10 to 1 (probably even a bit more, as a 10 to 1 barely gets um to $3.60 and just a tad bit of decline post split would put um dangerously close back to the lousy $1 buck marker in short order), but I say they R/S split it just to get out of the penny mud, so they can pump their own egos and image and resumes- none of them want to be seen as sitting in charge of a 36 CENTER. No way IMO.

EGO and "image" for the "C" boys and BOD will trump all other factors, me thinks.
