i think you should do your dd and post what is fact. the os is 1 year old, so it could be 2 billion today. nobody knows. they still haven't updated their standing with nevada sos. they are in default with a 3 billion authorized share structure. there is no news. nobody knows what kind of debt they took on since last year and when it comes due. lots of unknowns. mxmg buyer beware.
