After Harmonic made the initial US$30,000 cash payment to Empire, Harmonic found it near impossible to get in touch with Empire or Mr. Kenneth Maciora. To date, Harmonic has not received any written updates or breakdown of the services provided and the investors or brokers that had been contacted and updated with information about Harmonic. Nothing has transpired other than excuses or gross over promises and the delivery of zero benefit to the company. When the company asked Empire and Mr. Kenneth Maciora for additional proof of the above mention websites that would be featuring news and information about the company, Mr. Kenneth Maciora said the websites were being updated and were currently not online, given to date the only email address we have for Mr. Kenneth Maciora is [e-mail], we doubt the existence of his network and investor awareness services.
