If there has been fraud then go to the SEC
In other words I am calling the bluff of all those who say that NNVC management has deceived and defrauded investors. Then you will get your question answered that there is nothing more here than excessive optimism and that is not a CRIME. That's if they would even expend their resources investigating. You would be laughed out of their office.

But if you still think you are right then go hire lawyers. I guarantee you when you have to dig into your own pocket to do that you will come o agree with me that there is no fraud. Failure does not equal fraud.

Overconfidence is a human failing at the individual level but quite a good thing at the societal level becasue it fosters progress for all people when the confidence proves to be justified.

Go through all NNVC's filing and you will see that there are appropriate risk-warnings throughout. All the boiler plate is there. And while doing that take some personal responsibility for one's own investment errors. We all wanted to believe penicillin for viruses had been invented.

We've all been sorely disappointed by the company's lack of progress relative to management projections. But the game is not over yet. There is still Herpecide. That could save the day. In fact the market agrees that is the case. If that last great hope fails then yes, the stock will crater for good.
