Good question. Recent calls to building & health depts came up empty for a brewpub. If they are there, then they have spent 10 months rent, with no income. Plus, how did UPZS get 50% ownership, and $500,000 value to magically show up on the books, with no explanation ???

All the "pictures" posted appear to either be Photoshop, or pictures of another brewpub that closed, but were said to be UPZS pub "under construction"

Who's funding it ?? UPZS barely has revenue or cash to fund anything other than selling salsa at local craft shows and high school club fundraising. None of which is any credit to Vowler, since he had nothing to do with building the salsa business.

Then what's occupying the Suite A address in Murrieta CA with UPZS 50 percent stake?

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
