ok I have been reading my series 7 book, and well there is a lot to cover, but i think I remember it saying an increase in the A/s count requires majority vote by shareholders. Dont we hold a large enough position to assume that that wont pass as shares we dont own are owned by those who want no more dilution?

All in my own Opinion, Not a Recommendation!!! But let's try to make some money!
